Smart Process Automation Project Leader, in charge of identifying, designing, developing and managing,
in collaboration with the various business structures, artificial intelligence solutions that through text analytics, image analytics and data analytics aim to automate end-to-end processes, such as claim settlement or document processing.
Main Tasks:
You will define the processes / areas to be addressed and create a pipeline of initiatives with high potential,
You will drive the project set-up, the analysis of the as-is process / situation, the creation of a business case, the design of the target solution and its continuous improvement based on the results obtained during the testing phase
You will be responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end initiatives, including priorities definition, budget management, management of internal and external service providers and business interfaces and ensuring buy-in and execution
