Job Overview We are seeking experienced Enterprise AI Workflow Experts to support an innovative project focused on AI adoption, enablement, and business process improvement. You will design and evaluate AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and solve real-world business challenges.
No Prior AI Training Experience Is Required. Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered and agentic workflows for business processes.
- Evaluate AI agent performance and identify reasoning, workflow, and tool-use gaps.
- Develop practical use cases, test cases, and operational playbooks.
- Document workflows, outcomes, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems and business workflows.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Professional experience in Sales, Growth, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related business function.
- Hands-on experience using AI agents as part of professional workflows.
- Experience building and operating multi-tool AI workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, APIs, MCP connectors, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Ability to connect data sources, configure permissions, and integrate AI agents with business systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
