We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking B2B Sales Agent to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry.
In this role, you will focus on outbound sales, lead generation, business development, and pipeline management, helping businesses discover cloud-based products and solutions.
The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities rather than directly closing every sale.
Work Location: Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1 level
English: C1 level
Compensation: €1,400 gross/month *14 month+premio+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Workşng Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Your Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
- Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
- Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
- Identify opportunities for business growth.
- Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
- Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
Requirements
- Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
- Business English proficiency at C1 level.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Strong accountability and motivation.
- Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree.
What We Offer
- €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to 60% of one gross salary, with additional earning potential based on overachievement.
