In this leadership role, you guide the Customer Application Specialist team across EMEA, aligning technical expertise with sales objectives. You shape workforce planning, develop internal partnerships, and drive customer value through expert pre- and post-sales support. You stay ahead of market trends and coach teams to meet evolving client needs. This role combines people leadership with strategic impact to elevate customer experience and business results.

Responsabilità
- Lead and develop the team of Application Engineers to support pre- and post-sales activities and meet sales quotas
- Plan, deploy and optimize resources across the EMEA field organization and partner support functions
- Build internal and external partnerships to capture customer requirements and influence product design




- Maintain market and competitive intelligence to guide strategy and responses
- Monitor and adjust utilization via reporting tools to optimize performance
- Collaborate with sales managers to demonstrate the value of OneAgilent to customers
- Invest in coaching and development plans to upskill employees for market needs
- Drive solutions that align with market needs and improve the support organization

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master degree or equivalent with experience in Life Sciences/Clinical Diagnostics
- Minimum xkiyazw of 5 years of people management experience
- Strong business management and negotiation skills at senior levels
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences/Clinical Diagnostics market
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
