Responsabilità
Define 3-year product roadmap based on trends and consumer research
Drive new product development according to the roadmap
Set product pricing following corporate guidelines and HQ negotiations
Achieve market share growth via product mix and channel expansion
Own product lifecycle management
Prepare marketing story for new product launches
Collaborate with local sales and communications teams
Analyze consumer insights and monitor industry trends and competitors
Coordinate with HQs to reach growth targets in the local market
Requisiti fondamentali
~3–4 years of product management experience in Consumer Electronics/White Goods
~ Experience with Refrigeration category is a plus
~ Dynamic, proactive mindset in an international fast-moving environment
~ Strong interpersonal, leadership and team-player skills
~ Decision-making oriented and adaptable to change
~ Fluency in English and Italian
