Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in risk management consulting? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise Risk Services team at Risk Consulting through our Professional Graduate Programme. This role will be based in Milan for a hybrid role. Risk Consulting is a management consulting firm that provides risk management services as part of Marsh Risk, a leader in insurance brokerage and head of the international Marsh Group, a group of expertise in strategic and management consulting, reinsurance, People & Investments. We will count on you to:
You will have the opportunity to work on activities related to enterprise risks for industrial companies, providing expert advice to clients in the design, implementation, and improvement of approaches, methodologies, and tools aimed at integrating risk management into their internal processes. You will support senior colleagues in designing and implementing risk management frameworks, including:
Gap assessment
Roadmap development
Risk appetite frameworks/statements
Risk governance
Coordination of risk assessment campaigns
Quantitative risk analysis
Strategic plan risk analysis
Development of key risk indicators
Risk culture enhancement
Risk reporting
Ad hoc initiatives (e.g. operational and insurable risk assessments)
You will also:
Develop ad hoc projects aimed at optimizing clients' internal controls and risk management systems
Collaborate with colleagues from other teams (e.g. cyber, compliance, public entities) to implement cross-functional solutions and products for our clients
What you need to have:
University Master Degree in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.).
Language skills: Fluency in Italian and English
IT skills: Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint)
