Overview You lead and develop Area Managers to drive excellence in safety, quality and productivity across Fulfilment Centres. You design and oversee the operational plan to meet targets, working closely with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security. You analyze performance, implement improvements, and mentor your shifts to build capable managers. This role sits at the intersection of day-to-day operations and site-wide innovation, contributing to Amazon's fast, reliable fulfilment network.

Responsabilità
Manage and develop a team of Area Managers
Lead operational shifts, address issues, and positively impact site performance




Analyse shift performance against business objectives and implement improvement actions
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security
Design and deliver initiatives to improve operational performance
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor
Experience in people and stakeholder management
Advanced proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in the local language
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience in production and supply chains
leadership
mentoring and coaching

data analysis
Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
