The original shoe they made, the Sebago Classic beefroll penny loafer, is still handsewn with the finest craftsmanship today, just as it was back then.
For the upcoming opening of our brand new Sebago store in Bologna, we’re looking for a Store Manager to manage and lead a high-performing team to ensure the best level of customer experience,
deliver the brand’s vision, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent customer experience:
Promote and delivers excellent in customer in-store experience;
ensure that the team understands - and caters to - customer needs, providing consistently high-quality service;
be active and present on the shop floor, acting as a role model and engaging with customers and team members.
Monitor and analyze sales analytics, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance;
provides clear daily, weekly monthly sales targets with the team, as well as each individual team member, and follows up regularly on achievement;
provide hierarchy with clear and regular insights regarding the store performance.
Store Management:
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling, in compliance with company policies;
communicates efficiently within the company, about the store needs for suppor
