Responsabilità
- Own the full story lifecycle from intake to production release
- Develop robust, scalable backend solutions with technical excellence
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship aligned with the roadmap
- Estimate effort,



resolve blockers, and participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, collaborative culture to bring ideas to life

Requisiti fondamentali
- At least 3 years of industry experience with Java
- Foundational understanding of cloud platforms (AWS a plus)
- Clear, professional communication and teamwork
- User-focused mindset to support great backend UX
- Fluent in English and passion for FinTech or startup environments
