Overview In this role, you drive remote sales for Agilent's laboratory services portfolio in Italy, building relationships with laboratories and procurement to grow the service business. You'll collaborate with field engineers and internal teams to deliver a consistent, value-driven experience. You manage quotes, maintain CRM data, and develop inside sales capabilities to expand the customer base. The position offers international exposure and the chance to shape service solutions for life science customers.

Responsabilità
- Meet sales targets through remote activities (calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings) with existing and new customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with procurement, lab managers, and end users to position the services portfolio
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory




- Collaborate with field service engineers and internal teams to ensure a differentiated customer experience
- Prepare and manage service quotations with accuracy and clear value communication
- Maintain up-to-date CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Develop inside sales skills such as prospecting, objection handling, and negotiation with team support

Requisiti fondamentali
- Ideal University Degree in Life Science field (Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology...)
- Experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or inside sales role with laboratory clients/environments
- Fluency in Italian and strong professional level of English
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities using digital sales tools and CRM systems
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and communicate confidently with laboratory professionals
- Independent working style with effective collaboration in a fast
