Role Description
Pharmatec is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a pharmaceutical project in Lombardy, Italy, starting in October 2026.
We are looking for a professional with solid experience in pharmaceutical construction projects, able to independently coordinate site activities, contractors and suppliers within a GMP environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordination and supervision of construction and installation activities on site
- Management of contractors and suppliers
- Monitoring of work progress, quality and project requirements
- Coordination with the different stakeholders involved in the project
- Participation in site meetings and support in resolving technical issues
- Oversight of project documentation and handover activities
- Profile:
- Proven experience in Construction Management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Good understanding of GMP environments and pharmaceutical facilities
- Strong experience in contractor and supplier coordination
- Fluent Italian, as it is the working language on site
- Good command of English
- Availability for full-time on-site activities
- Freelance / P.IVA
- Professionals based in Lombardy or nearby areas are preferred. ? Lombardy, Italy
