Are you passionate about IT infrastructure and eager to gain hands-on experience in a high-tech, mission-critical environment? Do you want to work on one of Europe's most ambitious satellite navigation projects and grow into a System Administrator role?
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and support the IT operations of the Galileo program. This internship is designed as a stepping stone to becoming a full-time System Administrator, offering direct involvement in server management, networking, and system integration in the space industry. Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Passion for IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
Understanding of Windows & Linux operating systems
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, routing, firewalls)
Interest in virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker)
Some experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus
Good communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
Eligibility for security clearance (or willingness to obtain it)
During the internship, you will work alongside experienced System Administrators, gaining practical experience in the IT infrastructure supporting the Galileo satellite navigation system. IT Infrastructure & System Administration
