Overview
As the face and voice of Deel to clients, you cultivate durable relationships and translate them into long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters, while advocating for clients internally to expand their use of Deel. The role blends relationship management with data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will shape client outcomes across a global, multi-country footprint and contribute to Deel’s growth and transformation.

Responsabilità
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segment
- Identify and flag risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolution
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews
- Represent the voice of the customer by feeding back product and operational insights
- Ensure high-quality,



day-to-day customer experience and timely handling of requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and completion of requests
- Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience with client-facing roles
- Experience in at least one of: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy; able to draw insights from complex data and make actionable recommendations
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to handle fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
- Proven track record of achievement and delivering measurable business impact
- Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
- Curious and motivated
