Overview
As Team Manager at Louis Vuitton (Milano Rinascente), you lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences. You will recruit, develop, and retain talent while upholding the Brand’s values and attitudes toward clients and colleagues. You drive sales goals through strong leadership, clienteling, and a deep understanding of craftsmanship and heritage. You partner with store leadership to optimize floor operations and create a premium, discreet service culture. This role offers the chance to shape the client journey and elevate the Maison’s standards at a flagship location.

Responsabilità
- Achieve monthly and annual team objectives
- Manage and develop the team with coaching and personalized development plans
- Identify, recruit and develop talents; secure succession plans
- Set and monitor individual and team goals; assess performance
- Motivate the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment
- Promote excellence and product expertise, reflecting craftsmanship and heritage




- Support team in building long-term client relationships via clienteling tools
- Create action plans to boost business using visual merchandising, training, and team animation
- Provide market feedback to the Country office based on local knowledge
- Lead sales through role modeling on the floor and build personal client portfolio
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Ensure adherence to policies and support daily operations
- Inspire with a refined, consultative sales approach
