Overview
In this role you will support pre-sales and post-sales activities for electron microscopy sample preparation, delivering expert demonstrations, trainings, and workflow optimization. You will liaise with Sales, Business Development, Product Management, and R&D; to drive customer success and adoption of advanced workflows across the EMEA region. The position is remote with significant travel, based in the Milan area to serve regional customers. You'll contribute to scientific content, reference workflows, and CRM documentation to enable growth.
Responsabilità
- Deliver pre-sales and post-sales application support via on-site and virtual demonstrations
- Plan and run customer workshops, seminars, and advanced application sessions on EM sample prep workflows
- Contribute to marketing content for webinars, conferences, and promotional materials
- Develop application data, success stories, and reference workflows to support the commercial organization




- Maintain accurate activity documentation in CRM systems (e.g., SFDC)

Requisiti fondamentali
- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Life Sciences, Materials Science, or related field
- Hands-on EM sample prep techniques experience (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating, freeze-fracture)
- Willingness/ability to travel frequently across the EMEA region
- Proficiency in English (German a plus)
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in lab and customer environments
- Customer-facing communication
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Training and presentation skills
- Electron microscopy sample preparation techniques (cryo-EM, CLEM, ultramicrotomy, coating, freeze-fracture)
- Light microscopy workflows (advantageous)
- CRM systems (SFDC)
