Role Overview
The
Group People Development & Training Specialist , based at
Somacis HQ in Castelfidardo , reports to the
Group Chief
HR Officer .
This role is responsible for
designing and leading the company’s people development strategies and performance management processes , ensuring the growth of skills and the promotion of a
culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement . The role works closely with HR leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure
strategic alignment of talent initiatives with business goals , fostering an engaging and high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Career Development
Design, implement, and continuously evolve
career development frameworks and progression models
across the Group, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability.
Define and manage
career paths and professional growth journeys
for key roles and job families, aligned with business strategy and organizational needs.
Partner with HR leadership and line managers to support
internal mobility, succession planning, and talent retention
through structured career developm
