Responsabilità
Make defensible technical decisions and justify trade-offs
Ensure designs align with broader architecture and reliability concerns
Design for regulated banking constraints (reliability, auditability, controls)
Mentor engineers and raise technical standards across teams
Act as a multiplier to elevate teams and domains
Set standards for AI usage in everyday practice
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven experience building and operating high-scale, reliable systems
Experience in Java, JavaScript, or Python environments
Ability to articulate trade-offs and non-taken paths
Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences
Leadership through impact, not title, with ability to drive initiatives across teams
Comfort with ambiguity and cross-team collaboration without formal authority
