You will translate market insights into actions to boost partner performance and customer experience. This 1-year fixed-term role offers hybrid work in Milan and up to 50% travel, with opportunities to shape partner strategy and events.

Identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate sales and repeat business
Maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners through regular visits and communications
Act on leads, partner feedback, and competitor activity to inform actions
Translate statistics and local market knowledge into actionable steps
Provide trainings to accommodations about the online reservation system and Booking.com tools
Support and represent the company at partner events, webinars, and external trade fairs
Requisiti fondamentali
Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development
Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
Affinity or experience in e-commerce and/or hotel/travel sales
Proactive, independent, accurate with strong analytical skills
Team player, flexible, open to change
Driver's license
Willingness to travel up to 50%
