Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned key accounts as the primary commercial contact
Define and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities and GDM growth objectives
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at different organizational levels
Understand customers' business models, priorities, and operational challenges
Anticipate evolving customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
Lead negotiations and manage opportunities from identification to contract award
Coordinate proposals, offers, and business cases for competitive, profitable solutions
Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Service, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance and others to execute projects
Contribute to market intelligence and identify new applications and market segments
Ensure achievement of sales, order intake, margin, profitability, and monitor satisfaction
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields
Relevant experience in sales, strategic account management, or business development in an international B2B environment
Strong business acumen with understanding of revenue drivers and market dynamics
Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, applications and segments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
