Overview
In this role you drive growth in the Away From Home channel across Sicily and parts of Calabria, managing key accounts and building strong stakeholder trust. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual plans, pricing, and launches, while pushing innovative trade marketing initiatives. You will work within the Italian Sales team to expand relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver strong sales fundamentals. This is a fast-paced, data-driven role with visible impact on regional growth and market presence.

Responsabilità
- Lead Away From Home key accounts in Sicily and southern Calabria; nurture and expand strategic relationships
- Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan including pricing, new products, and campaigns
- Initiate commercial relationships with targeted new prospects and drive sales performance
- Drive Away From Home channel growth through innovation and trade marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver business results
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience (sell-in or sell-out)
- Ownership mindset with ability to work independently
- Data-driven and analytical approach
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
- Ability to simplify complex issues and deliver fast solutions
