We’re hiring: Mandarin-speaking Account Manager – Italy

Temu is expanding its commercial team in Italy, and we’re looking for an Account Manager to support and grow our local merchant partners.

The role focuses on

- Managing merchant relationships and day-to-day account needs
- Supporting merchant onboarding and operational problem-solving
- Working cross-functionally to improve account performance and growth
- Helping merchants navigate the platform and identify business opportunities

What we’re looking for:

- Based in Italy
- Mandarin Chinese at working proficiency
- Strong Italian and English communication skills
- Experience in account xlwpduy management, client management, customer success, partnerships, or similar commercial roles
- E-commerce / marketplace experience is a plus, but not mandatory

The role is full-time and remote within Italy.
