Overview
In this role you drive service-led sales by supporting the local Sales team and customers through the full sales process. You analyze market needs, articulate value propositions for products, systems, and services, and coordinate technical support and proposals. You own selected customer cases to improve competitiveness and feed insights back to planning. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, budgets, and training, helping to grow service business in the Monselice area.

Responsabilità
- Support Sales team and customers through the sales process to grow business and knowledge of products/markets
- Participate in sales strategy, set goals, and assist with product group budgets and marketing plans
- Identify customer needs and competitors through market analysis and communicate value of products/services
- Provide technical support, product presentations, and training to customers and area Sales
- Own specific customer cases to resolve issues and analyze lost proposals to improve competitiveness
- Perform sales performance reviews, propose recovery plans for order shortfalls, and report activity to support production planning
- Prepare offers in coordination with the quotation department
- Report using necessary tools like SFDC
- Uphold safety and integrity as core values in actions and decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Technical background (Engineering degree preferred)
- More than 3 years of direct sales and sales management experience
- Experience with electric substation equipment; client-facing transformer solutions is a plus
- Fluent Italian and English
