Drive sales growth in the IAM channel across assigned European markets
Develop and execute annual and five-year profit plans for customer accounts
Identify growth opportunities and competitive insights for new products and systems
Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives and profitability
Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, handling inquiries, contracts, and issues
Evaluate customer performance and implement action plans to improve satisfaction and outcomes
BS in Engineering or Business (MS preferred)
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Automotive aftermarket
Strong proficiency in P&L; management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies
Fluency in English plus one of French, Italian, German or Spanish
