What You'll Do: Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email & chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates
What Were Looking For: Fluent in Italian (C1C2) & good English (B2+)
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on-site role in beautiful Lisbon
What You'll Get: 1,000/month base (×14 months) + 100 performance premio (×12 months)
