Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Experience Team and support our talent attraction and recruitment activities.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, contributing to initiatives that help position Nadara as an employer of choice.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team throughout the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment channels
- Support the management of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the Communication team
- Help build and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and other stakeholders involved in attraction activities
- Support the organization of career days, recruiting events, and student engagement initiatives
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
