Travelling Personal Chef

to join our team.

NOTE:

This position is offered on a self-employed contractor basis, meaning successful candidates will operate as independent contractors, invoicing us for services rendered, rather than being employees on our company payroll. As the role is fully remote, you will be able to be self-employed wherever you reside.

Requirements will include:





A minimum of three years' experience as a chef, ideally within a yachting, private household, or high-frequency travel environment.
European passport holder.
Previous experience in a traveling role would be an advantage
Confident in preparing a wide range of international cuisines, with a specialist focus on Asian flavours.
Advanced organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet
Be food safety oriented
Be confident managing high-budget operations
Excellent team management
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Offer professional practical aid in emergencies and be a source of reassurement for the team
Ability to manage the taxing emotions on tour and provide practical and emotional support to the kitchen team
The capability to communicate with people from different cultures and backgrounds with ease.
