We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support clients within the travel industry . This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and are interested in learning the travel business while delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, provide guidance throughout the booking process, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist clients with travel planning, reservations, and general questions
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Follow company guidelines and service standards
Customer service experience preferred (not required)
Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
Interest in the travel industry is a plus
Training and ongoing support
