For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A; team. You'll be in charge of:
Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact
Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes
Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans
Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives
Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects
Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business
Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations
You are the right person if you:
Are a Master's student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments
Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data
Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Are able to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams
Have strong communication and presentation skil
