WFP's HR Technology and Analytics Branch (HRMOI) provides the digital backbone for HR operations, delivering smart tools, data, and strategy to streamline processes, drive decisions, and enhance the employee experience globally.
Job purpose: The HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) will provide critical technical expertise to enhance the integrity, governance, and alignment of Workday organizational data and security configurations. This role is essential for improving data quality, ensuring system consistency, and maintaining access control compliance across WFP's global workforce. The analyst will focus on cleansing and aligning organizational datasets within Workday, harmonizing data between Workday and WINGS, and strengthening data governance controls. Additionally, the consultant will support the development of compliant Workday security configurations, contribute to access review cycles,
assist with audit readiness, and mitigate risks associated with system changes, ensuring a secure and efficient HR technology environment.
