GoodWe is seeking a Service Engineer Italy (m/f/d) to provide Level 2 technical support for solar/PV/BESS systems across overseas markets. The role is remote within Italy, collaborating with Europe’s regional team and training the L1 teams.
You will work with partners and internal HQ teams (service and R&D;) to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction, while supporting training and continuous improvement initiatives.
