To strengthen local HR leadership, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of all people‐related activities at this site.
Lead all HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
Act as the primary point of contact for trade unions and employee representatives; Ensure full compliance with the applicable CCNL (Chemical Industry) and all Italy employment laws, staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary adjustments.
Oversee job grading,
wage structures, incentive schemes, and overtime management for production, maintenance, and logistics personnel, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
Partner with plant management on workforce planning, organisational design, and succession planning to support operational targets.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, promote a positive workplace culture, and foster effective two‐way communication between management and the workforce.
Manage HR administration, payroll alignment with CCNL provisions, and regular reporting on HR metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, training hours, etc.).
Support health & safety committees and ensure HR processes align with safety regulations and company policies.
Coach and advise line managers on people management issues, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
