Responsabilità
- Provide ongoing consultancy on indirect tax matters for clients
- Issue opinions on application of indirect taxes for domestic and cross-border transactions




- Analyze VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions and restructurings
- Assess tax risks through internal audits and develop operating procedures
- Conduct VAT due diligence and VAT compliance activities
- Engage in national and international projects and collaborate with senior professionals

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of professional experience in leading national or international firms or consulting companies
- Master in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) or Law (LMG 01) with a final grade of at least 100/110
- Certified Chartered Accountant or Lawyer or plan to begin professional training
- Good command of English; study/work experience abroad preferred
- Good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
