As Product Manager Snacking & Chocolate, you will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle, from concept creation and innovation to market launch and portfolio optimization. By combining consumer insights, market trends and business objectives, you will drive sustainable growth, profitability and category development.

YOUR TASKS

- Own and develop the product portfolio, defining and implementing category, assortment, pricing and positioning strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitive activities to identify opportunities and support strategic business decisions
- Lead cross-functional innovation and new product development projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful execution
- Monitor portfolio performance through sales, market and profitability analyses,



deriving actionable recommendations to optimize business results
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D;, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to drive successful product launches and portfolio growth.
- Support business planning, product governance and operational excellence through effective project coordination and stakeholder management

YOUR PROFILE

- Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Product or Category Management within FMCG
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, innovation and commercial drivers
- Analytical, consumer-focused and results-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in English and German or Italian
