- Order Validation & Entry : Conduct order validations and entries.
- Order Confirmation : Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
- Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.
- Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
- Projects & Initiatives : Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Professional Experience : Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills : SAP experience.
- Languages : Fluent-level English, and German. French is a plus.
The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000.
Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. xysqume
