Overview In this role you will translate marketing strategy into in-store activation, driving brand visibility across retail channels for Ferrero's Chocolate Snacks. You will work with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and measure activation initiatives and seasonal campaigns. You’ll coordinate POS materials and promotions with agencies and internal partners to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution. This position offers exposure to shopper and trade marketing, with a focus on delivering engaging shopper experiences and strengthening consumer loyalty.

Responsabilità
- Support the execution of Category Activation Plans across sales cycles
- Develop and implement in-store visibility and promotional activities aligned with brand guidelines
- Coordinate development and production of POS materials with creative and production agencies




- Manage activation budget: monitor costs, process purchase orders, track investments
- Coordinate promotional mechanics (out-of-shelf activations, contests, coupons) with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain
- Assist forecasting for sell-in and sell-out with POS materials and assortments
- Contribute to seasonal activations (Halloween, Carnival)
- Support development of Kinder Momenti Insieme promotional platform to boost shopper engagement and loyalty

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Eagerness to develop project management skills in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies; strong communication and teamwork
