Job Title: Junior Carrier Network Solution Sales Engineer (Extra-curricular Intern)

Work Policy & Hours: On-site (5 days/week in office, 09:00 – 18:00)

About The Role & Program Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy's Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands‐on experience across end‐to‐end Carrier Network Infrastructure—spanning Wireless (5G/RAN), Core Networks, Optical Transport (WDM/OTN), and Datacom (IP/Routing)—technical solution design, and customer engagement, transitioning directly into a full‐time role upon successful completion.
Main Responsibilities Market & Needs Analysis: Conduct technical and market analysis to identify telecom operator trends, evaluate carrier network pain points, and uncover growth opportunities for holistic end-to‐end Carrier Network solutions.
