Survitec, the world's leading survival technology company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Marine division in Genoa, Italy. This is a newly created role with a clear purpose: supporting our distributor network and helping ensure life‐saving equipment reaches those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities
Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
Building strong customer relationships through proactive outbound communication.
Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints and escalations.
Maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system to support business growth.
Understanding customer needs, offering technical guidance, and collaborating with technical specialists for tailored solutions.
