Trade Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) , you will play a key role in turning commercial agreements into clear, structured, and ready-to-activate media plans . Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders , you will coordinate timelines, campaign assets, and planning requirements to ensure every campaign is prepared efficiently and in line with defined standards .
With a strong focus on accuracy, collaboration, and operational excellence ,



you will support smooth planning processes and enable a seamless handover to Activation teams . In this role, you will contribute to consistent campaign readiness and help drive the successful execution of Retail Media initiatives .
Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans, enabling effective campaign execution and clear operational alignment
Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection in line with planning guidelines and campaign objectives
Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, requirements, and deliverables
Manage asset requests and creative briefings, ensuring campaign materials are complete, accurate, and available on time
Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams, ensuring full campaign readiness and smooth transition into execution
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and planning milestones to ensure campaigns ar
