The Senior Sales Consultant will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through proactive, consultative, phone-based sales and effective lead management.
As a senior member of the sales team, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from qualifying and understanding inbound leads to presenting tailored solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and successfully closing deals.
You will build strong, long-term relationships with customers while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Beyond managing your own pipeline and achieving ambitious sales targets, you will contribute to improving sales processes, identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting the wider sales team with your experience, commercial insight, and best practices.
Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and needs analysis to negotiation and closing.
Manage and convert inbound leads, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Build strong, trusted customer relationships through consultative, phone-based sales.
Handle complex opportunities, objections, and negotiations with strong commercial judgment.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer base.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure disciplined CRM and lead manag
