Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Production Planner Assistant to support our production flow, helping raise, follow, and coordinate orders across suppliers, divisions, and production sites. You’ll work closely with our Planning, Purchasing, and Quality teams to help our collections move smoothly from order to delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organised, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in production planning within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage item codes across all divisions and production sites
- Check fabric availability against raised orders, working closely with Planning and Purchasing
- Support customer service by helping manage expectations and flagging delays or issues proactively
- Partner with the Quality team to help resolve issues as they arise
- Prepare updates for weekly production meetings
- Track delivery deadlines and keep systems updated for full visibility across the business




- Support the Planner and cross-functional teams in coordinating the critical path for collection launches

- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Customer-focused, with a strong drive to hit objectives
- A big-picture thinker who considers every angle of the production process
- Collaborative, constructive, and energizing to work with
- Organized, with strong planning skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- Commercially minded, with good judgement under pressure
