We offer
We are looking for an HR Intern who will assist the People Business Partner with managing daily HR tasks by supporting administrative duties, maintaining employee records and HR systems,
and ensuring smooth coordination of HR activities. In this role you will provide valuable backup to the People Business Partner, helping to ensure efficient handling of HR processes and accurate data management.
In this role, you will receive training on key HR processes, equipping you to take responsibility for:
Assisting People Business Partner with timely implementation of policies, maintaining organization charts, and updating internal job descriptions;
Supporting local recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing applicant communication, tracking progress, and ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date;
Managing mandatory training schedules, handling training class organization and feedback, and assisting with training calendar activities;
Helping conduct engagement surveys, supporting the requested guidance on HR queries, supporting the performance and disciplinary processes, and providing gui
