Key Responsibilities Of The Role Completion of timesheets for engineering staff. Hours to be added weekly to internal platform.
Complete flights/hotel bookings for Mercury staff when requested
Supervision of staff project allocations/tracker management
Supervision of general monthly trackers
Assist with reporting & project controls
Prepare/structure reports/trackers as requested
Completion of meeting minutes
Provide office and operation support
Control office supplies, system access, on-boarding & general office organisation
Arrange training for engineering staff when requested
Support H&S;, security and compliance requirements in HQ
Maintain central engineering project organisation & documentation.
Maintain documentation control for central engineering ACC platform as directed by Engineers/Managers
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry processes.
Support audits, quality checks, and data accuracy.
