We are seeking an Order Manager to support general business operations by providing various administrative support activities.

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 34.125 € - 50.000 € at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks Collect, process and report customer orders input, verifying accuracy and completeness.
Maintain accurate info records of order transactions and consequent customer interactions.
Analyze Production order data to identify trends, patterns,
and put in evidence constrains and address actions for resolution / improvement like product availability or delivery delays.
Cross Functional support to manufacturing and logistics teams in check stock availability, Order release ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
MFG performance data collection for periodical Key Performance Indicators reporting (On Time Delivery, Quality, Orders Changes, Volumes, ...).
Collaborate with other stakeholders (Project management, Sales, Customer Service and Supply chain teams) to improve order process.
Requirements Good ability to interact with different professional levels.
Ability to work in a group, make proactive suggestions in support of the daily business as well as further improvement initiatives.
