For an international project in Milan, we are urgently looking for a IT Business Solution Manager. You will be expected to combine technical delivery capabilities, business analysis skills, and project support experience, with the objective of translating business requirements into effective, maintainable, and compliant technical solutions. You will support both application and data-related initiatives, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies used across the data integration, analytical, and reporting landscape, including Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, and Power BI. The referenced architecture explicitly describes a layered solution including an integration layer, data warehouse layer, analytical layer, and presentation layer based on these technologies. Candidates need to be willing to work 2 days in the Milan office. Work permit is not provided.
Candidates need to be fluent in English and Italian.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Support Market IT in the analysis, delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of solutions;
Work with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and formalize requirements, and convert them into functional and technical implementation proposals;
Support technical delivery across data integration, reporting, and business application domains;
Contribute to project execution and coordination in accordance with policies, procedures, governance, and development standards;
Development standards explicitly require consistency, governance, maintainability, security, scalability, and compliance with standard development patterns and controls;
Provide supportto the Italian and Greece market;
Collaborate closely with Market business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL / integration solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, and Azure Data Factory;
Maintain and enhance Power BI data models / da
