STEM IT is our new five-year Professional Development Program customized for Professionals who are interested in developing their career in STEM roles ( Manufacturing, Quality & HSE, Project Services and Installation, IT, Supply Chain, R&D;) . The program starts from day 1 ; you will then join a one-week Global Induction with a track of training and activities created through the collaboration between Prysmian Academy and a top-ranking Business School. After the induction, your learning path continues with training courses and networking events, that will allow you to develop your skills and unlock your full potential . You role
- You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and applicable regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to prevent defects.
- You will collaborate with Production and Technology departments to implement corrective and improvement actions.
- Manage and update quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, reports).
- You will conduct internal audits across production departments.
- Analyze quality data and KPIs to propose optimization solutions.
- Coordinate problem-solving activities in case of non-conformities.
- Support the validation of new processes and products.
- You will support the Quality Manager during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in the HV electrical laboratory, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager during external customer audits, providing operational and documentation support.
About you
- You have a technical background and knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 and related standards).
- Familiarity with quality control tools and SPC methodologies.
- Data analysis skills and experience with reporting software.
- Experience in managing audits and certification processes.
- Ability to analyze issues and propose ef
