Mane Contract Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join a leading international engineering contractor working on a major data centre project in Milan. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Electrical Engineer looking to take a leadership role across electrical design, engineering coordination, installation, commissioning and handover.

The Opportunity: As Lead Electrical Engineer, you will take responsibility for electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with the Project Manager, design team, BIM,
construction teams, vendors and client. You'll ensure electrical designs are technically robust, constructible and compliant, while supporting successful installation, commissioning and handover. This is a hands‑on leadership position offering significant technical responsibility and the opportunity to lead engineering activities and mentor junior engineers.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead electrical engineering and design management activities throughout the project
- Review electrical designs and specifications, identifying gaps, clashes and technical risks
- Validate cable sizing, technical assessments and electrical solutions
- Prepare and manage electrical technical submittals and approvals
- Coordinate electrical equipment procurement, delivery and technical compliance
- Work closely with BIM and construction teams to ensure designs are constructible and coordinated
