In Italy, this position offers a gross TTC annual salary range of 72 000 and 77 000 €, in line with the collective bargaining agreement and the company compensation philosophy.
What You Will Do
- Lead a distributed team of 7+ talented engineers who are taking care of the B2C TheFork products (website and mobile apps)
- Own day-to-day execution decisions,
delivery on time and maintaining a high bar of quality.
- Optimise the team’s processes to balance velocity and quality and promote a culture of excellence.
- Co-own roadmap planning with your product and design counterparts.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver large-scale initiatives, managing dependencies and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Participate in the overall tech strategy and management of the B2C Tribe with other engineering managers, staff engineers, and architects.
- Make sure your team is heard, fully motivated and aligned with the rest of the teams in the tribe and in the engineering department as a whole.
- Hire, mentor and motivate engineering talent.
- Give constructive feedback, performance reviews and compensation reviews to your team.
