Overview You will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, building durable relationships and converting them into long-term revenue opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor on operational and product issues, while advocating for customers internally to drive expansion. The role involves handling a high volume of small spend accounts, identifying churn risks, and collaborating across teams to improve the customer experience. Responsabilità
- Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in your market segment
- Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn
- Build and nurture client relationships, uncovering pain points and growth opportunities
- Be the voice of the customer by sharing product and operational feedback with internal stakeholders




- Ensure high-quality day-to-day customer experience and timely response to requests
- Drive adoption of Deel features to improve retention and satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant, client-facing experience
- Experience in fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
- Strong relationship-building with calm demeanor under stress
- Quantitatively inclined with ability to draw insights from data
- Self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility
- Proven track record of achievement and ability to impact business outcomes
- Strong analytical foundation and ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
