Overview As Social Media Manager, you will shape Technogym's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. You'll build and execute strategies, create engaging content, and manage communities to grow followers, drive web traffic, and support sales goals. You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging. Your data-driven approach will optimise performance and keep us ahead of social trends. This role offers a chance to influence brand perception at a global scale.
Responsabilità
- Develop and execute social media strategy based on competitive research and audience insights
- Create content calendars and content syndication schedules
- Monitor performance and report on KPIs such as growth, engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to ensure brand-right content
- Manage and optimize company pages on each platform
- Moderate user-generated content per internal guidelines
- Analyze social data and apply insights to improve tactics




- Build and grow social communities through proactive engagement
- Coordinate with branches/distributors to align strategies and campaigns
- Manage influencer and partner relationships and respond to viral posts
- Stay updated on trends and propose new social strategies
- Write engaging long- and short-form social content

Requisiti fondamentali
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations preferred
- Proven social media marketing experience (4+ years)
- Fluent English with excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Experience with social analytics tools; Sprinklr experience a plus
- Experience with KPIs and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles relevant to data and systems management
- Experience with community management and social listening
- Ability to coordinate
