Overview In this role, you will lead HJ business performance and build a Community of High Jewelry Experts at the Montenapoleone flagship. You will work with store leadership to engage high-net-worth clients and align with merchandising and zone teams to optimize the HJ assortment. You'll train and energize the expert community, oversee private client relations, and coach teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to strengthen brand desirability and sales impact.
Responsabilità
- Drive tactical performance of High Jewelry sales and revenue
- Develop and monitor tools to build a Community of High Jewelry Experts
- Lead outreach to HNW clients in collaboration with store leaders
- Partner with merchandising and cluster/zone teams to optimize assortment and client satisfaction
- Act as ambassador and relationship builder at in-store appointments and international events




- Create and implement a training plan for the expert community
- Identify internal/external profiles for inclusion in the community
- Lead the Private Client Community through engagement, coaching, and enrichment opportunities
- Provide structured coaching and budget-conscious leadership to sales teams

Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of luxury watch/jewelry experience
- Client relations / client-facing experience
- Gemology qualification
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage a budget
- Strong people management and development skills
